We require that cats or kittens sold from Basilic Blessing will not be allowed outdoors to roam. We also prohibit declawing under any circumstances.

Please make sure that you are able and willing to abide by these restrictions before placing an inquiry.

Kitten Pricing Base price is $3000 plus 5.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax for pet quality kittens.  Kittens of IW parents may be higher.

Kittens go home after 12 weeks of age.  Price includes SPAY/NEUTER, current shots & deworming, TICA purebred registration papers, healthy vet check, and HEALTH GUARANTEE.  We are now doing genetic testing on all our adult cats to screen for PKD, PD Deficiency, and HCM. 

Kittens are fed high quality raw food and high protein kibble.  We now use and recommend Royal Canin.

Pricing reflects the costs we have had to incur to pay for these annual tests.  (For further information on health tests, see our "links".)  We also include a fun kitten gift packet & new family information kit with each kitten.

ALLERGY TESTS   While we had previously allowed allergy visits to our home, our new house (since Sept. 2022), previously had other cats and pets as residents.  Because of this, we cannot guarantee the validity of home visits. Should you need allergy testing, we could recommend some other possibilities.

Home visit allergy policy:  Visits would be for one hour with our adult cats or kitten of interest, and we require a non-refundable $75 fee for this service.  Should you subsequently purchase a kitten, the fee will go towards the cost of your pet.  

To reserve a kitten, a NON-REFUNDABLE HOLD FEE of  $half the kitten purchase price is required, with balance due at pick-up, unless otherwise noted in written contract. A processing & handling fee will be charged for cancelling the purchase.  

Personal COURIER DELIVERY can be arranged, but will be an additional cost, if needed, including MKE or ORD airport. Costs typically range between $50 - $500 within the U.S.

Reserved = A deposit has been placed on this kitten

On Hold = We are holding the kitten for observation as potential show quality OR we have an interested family but have not yet worked out all the details.

*** Basilic Blessing has the right to keep ALL kittens "Under Observation" for up to 12 weeks of age. After that time, choice of kitten will be given in the order in which deposits have been received, with first priority going to breed- or show- choice kittens. PLEASE be patient with the process. ****

Basilic Blessing has the right to choose the person/family whom we believe will be the best fit for our kittens, and we reserve the right to refuse sale if we believe a person/ family is not a good fit or has allergies that are too severe to keep a kitten long-term.

Due to the large volume of requests we are receiving at this time, the application is an initial contact form for us to get to know you better.  However, please understand that we are unable to provide a kitten (cat) to every inquiry, and we do not keep a waiting list.  We will attempt to respond to emails within 3 - 7 days.
